Working within our busy Finance Team you will be responsible for ensuring all Meetings and Events invoices are checked and prepared in a timely and accurate manner. To ensure Credit facilities are set up and monitored as required. To resolve customer queries when necessary and to ensure that payments received from customers are correctly allocated. To assist with deposit payments and preparation of event commission statements.

As this role liaises with all departments within the Hotel, you will need to be a great communicator and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
