**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the smooth running of the buying and marketing departments by coordinating various administrative processes.
- Manage requests and queries. Maintain records.
- Update CRM and excel accurately to maintain the database that feeds the website with online product selections.
- Provide administrative support to the buyers: maintain travel calendar, make travel arrangements, share schedules, and campaign tasks reminders.
- Conduct product data and information administration using CRM system - such as - adding and updating prices and creating products. Ensure prices and product info are accurate.
- Support the Head of Wine Operations in the smooth running of the team, participating in relevant projects and providing cover for teammates where needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Numerical proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Wine knowledge is preferred but not required.

We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
