Veraison is our independent training department, specialising in wine education for hospitality staff. Our unique in-house developed training modules are designed to make hospitality staff more comfortable when it comes to wine knowledge and service.

We are seeking a self-starting individual with a minimum of two years' wine education experience, sublime communication skills, excellent wine knowledge, and the commercial understanding of working for a wine distributor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke training plans for key accounts, delivering tailored Veraison wine training sessions, and managing the WSET program for both internal and external candidates.

We offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave (rising to 26 days after 5 years and 27 days after 10 years), access to our Employee Assistance Programme, Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay, Contribution to Dental Costs, Company pension, Generous staff discount on our wine, and a bottle of wine on your birthday and Berkmann anniversary.
