We are looking with a leading Private school in Hammersmith looking for a Marketing Executive to start ASAP.

**The role**

The key remit of the role is to plan, coordinate and implement day to day marketing activities under the guidance of the Head of Marketing, driving brand awareness and building on the considerable reputation and success of the school. You will be a key memberof the Marketing, Admissions and Events (MAE) team. Areas of responsibility for the post holder are diverse and varied according to the needs of the team.
- Content creation; support the school’s marketing plans by creating a wide variety of content.
- Design; working independently or from time to time with a graphic designer/agency to ensure all content is on-brand. Photography; responsible for booking external photographers and management of all images.
- Will be required to attend some school events to capture content.
- Events: Event support for open mornings, working collaboratively with the school registrar on admissions events, activations and data.
- Representing the schools at external events as and when required.
- PR activities: supporting the HoM to communicate PR messages to media, co-ordinate award submissions and school directory listings.
- Marketing collateral: Coordinating the update of school publications
