TEXA was founded in 1992 with its Head Office based in Treviso, Italy, and now has branches throughout the world supplying equipment, after-sales support, and training programmes to all types of automotive workshops, including prestigious dealerships, independent body shops, and workshops alike.

As a Technical Support Advisor at TEXA you will be required to provide technical assistance and guidance to our varied customer and distributor network with their diagnostic tools, air-conditioning services, and vehicle specific issues, over the telephone or alternative communication methods. You will offer advice on product software issues, vehicle fault codes, and best practice in the use of TEXA products.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician with a good knowledge of electrical architecture and vehicle communications, either from a dealer diagnostic or aftermarket workshop background.
- Previous experience as a vehicle technician.
- Good IT skills and an understanding/previous use of vehicle diagnostic tools.
- Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and pleasant tone over the telephone.
