**Bid and Document Control Administrator**

This exciting and varied role would involve;
**Duties for Document Control (Customers & Sites)**
- Managing both incoming and outgoing customer data, ensuring registers are kept up-to-date.
- Submitting; ITPs, TQs and Concessions, procedures including weld, weld maps and drawings and issuing weekly minutes - ensuring all data is accurately collated and presented in line with each of our customer’s individual processes.

**Duties for Sales**
- Processing RFQs from customers, arranging purple reviews and storing information correctly - allocating HGU/Tender numbers
- Logging enquiries onto spreadsheets
- Accessing Customer Portals to download data. Ensure they are stored according to classification i.e., Official or OS
- Chase quotations and adding the correct mark-up
- Combining Bid Packs for customers
- Creating Project Folders
- Ensure deadlines are adhered to.

**Duties for Security**
- Receiving SALs from customers and inputting on the SAL register
- Chase up the signed acceptance before sending any information
