We are looking for a Payroll & Pension Compliance Specialist to join our payroll team based in Endfield on a full time, permanent basis. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
As our Pensions and Payroll Compliance specialist you will work with other colleagues to promote clear understanding of compliance requirements and support best standards of compliance across the Payroll and Pension Function

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Draft compliance standard operating procedures for Pensions and Payroll functions.
- Proactively build relationships within the team to ensure sharing of compliance knowledge.
- Support on the DC pension schemes working closely with the team, collecting data and ensuring accuracy prior to submitting to Pension Providers.
- Reconciliation of Pension deductions prior to submitting to Pension Providers and internal departments
- Ensure TPR regulations are adhered to across Pension functions
- Ensure all HMRC legislation is adhered to across all payrolls.
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Experience of working within Pensions and Payroll environment.
- Solid Payroll compliance around SSP, SMP, SAP, SHPP
- Excellent up to date knowledge of HMRC and TPE legislative requirements
- Experience of TUPE transfers especially surrounding pensions
- Excellent customer service and team player skills
- Intermediate Excel skills including Macros and vlookups
