**Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited too**:

- Code invoices and be the gatekeeper of accuracy.
- Match up invoices and purchase orders like a pro.
- Help predict cash flow weekly for smart financial planning.
- Dive into time logs for the best resource allocation.
- Be the go-to guru for purchase ledger queries.
- Create purchase orders and keep an eagle eye on prices.
- Build unbreakable bonds with our suppliers.
- Tackle monthly staff, cash, and credit card expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Finance administration experience
- Good working understanding of Microsoft products - excel etc.
- Organized, efficient, and a self starter
