Due to growth, an exciting new IT system launching soon, and lots of work keeping everyone busy we need a New Business Administrator to join our friendly team. Could this be you?

**Where do you fit in? What does the day to day look like?**

Youll carry out regulatory checks and update everyone involved. working closely with other teams to deliver a successful client journey.

IT and system savvy, youll be able to navigate around third-party platforms. Youll be aware of deadlines and the need to prioritise, as some of your work will be time sensitive. Youll use your excellent admin skills and attention to detail to deliver a first-class service to our clients, ensuring the success of your team and our business.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Admin experience is a must, along with excellent communication skills. Experience within the Financial services industry would be awesome though we are happy to offer lots of training
- The ability to meet deadlines - effectively organising and prioritising your workload, alongside your team
- Adaptable, friendly and willing to learn

**This role can be based either at our offices in Waterlooville or Salisbury, with hybrid working available following your training period. **We work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.**

This position is with **Argentis Financial Planning** - an Independent Financial Advice firm, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, owned by Hurst Point Group.
