**What will you be doing?**

Reporting to and taking direction from our Technical Director, you will join the Engineering and R&D departments to assist with the following:

- Assist in managing the change control process and revision control.
- Assist SAP B1 administration.
- Creation and updating of process documents in line with company needs.
- Change and Obsolescence Management Process - Entering and managing CRNs via the company software and procedures.
- Providing the required support to the Engineering and R&D Teams e.g., conducting regular audits of projects to Process.
- Managing the annual R&D Claim.
- Management of documentation contained within SharePoint.
- Preparation of project documents to include review cycles.
- General Administration support to the Engineering and R&D teams.
- Assisting engineers in project documentation creation and management.

**What do you need?**

As the ideal Technical Administrator, you will possess the following:

- Experience of administration duties.
- Experience of working in an Office environment.
- SAP B1 and or PDM system experience is desirable.
- Engineering experience/qualification is desirable.
- Strong computer literacy and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding of Health & Safety Regulations.
