Due to business growth, and the introduction of a shiny new IT system, you could be part of our operational finance team helping to provide a top-class service to an expanding business with sites across the UK.

**Where do you fit in? What does the day-to-day job involve?**

Youll play a key part in our friendly, Operational Finance Team. Working closely with other finance staff, admin teams and our advisers, youll be data processing crucial information onto our back-office systems. Youll be communicating with people from across the business and also with external contacts. Youll investigate monies coming in from providers and find all of the information needed to correctly allocate to our clients. You'll run reports, resolve queries and create invoices.

With the confidence to ask questions, youll put your positivity, professionalism and process driven nature into helping people across the business, learning new skills as you go. Youll have support but will also be trusted to get on with things.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- A friendly, and helpful manner. Analytical, with an eye for detail. Able to communicate with people at all levels
- Confidence in your computer skills including Excel and Word. Able to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines. Experience within finance would also be a plus, though we are happy to provide training.
- A positive attitude to problem solving, and to be a top team-player

**This role could be based at either our offices in Waterlooville or Salisbury, with hybrid working available following your training period. We work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.**
