- At least 1 years’ experience working within IT support
- To have demonstrable knowledge of analytical and problem-solving approaches
- To have excellent communication skills in order to be able to contribute to informal design and project groups to deliver change and to progress key pieces of work.
- To have experience of working as part of a team working
- To have a flexible approach and a commitment to personal development within the IT environment.
- A general technical aptitude to contribute to the IT technical base
