Executive Assistant Corporate Governance

An excellent opportunity to join a world renowned law firm in the Corporate Governance team. You will support the Governance Manager with the day to day running of the governance team and key meetings. It’s a part time role and would suit someone with experience in Governance, minute taking and excellent secretarial experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to board meetings and distribute papers.
- Attend meetings and produce accurate and timely minutes.
- Act as deputy for the Governance Manager taking minutes at meetings as appropriate.
- Support meeting administration including documents, resources and catering.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Teams and Zoom.
- Experience in minute taking and ideally shorthand skills.
- Ideally and understanding of corporate governance.
