Paying Your Way: A Support Role for Our Company Secretary

This role will provide essential support to our Company Secretary and the Corporate Governance team, ensuring the smooth preparation of papers for our Executive Committees. As part of our team, you will contribute to the provision of governance and administrative support, working to professional and ethical standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage internal reporting requirements, including Risk, Data, and Compliance reporting.
  • Maintain governance standards in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating potential reputational, brand, regulatory, and compliance risk.
  • Practical experience of UK company administration, with an understanding of corporate governance requirements and knowledge of regulatory requirements for complex financial service organisations.
  • Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Board portal software, particularly Board Intelligence.
  • Ability to coordinate change and plan ahead effectively, making recommendations for tasks or projects that support our organisation.
  • Policy and planning experience, with the ability to liaise with the Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams, as well as other teams as required.
