Consult are proud to be working in partnership with a group of international companies developing, manufacturing and marketing a wide variety of technological solutions, including state-of-the art digital hearing instruments.
Due to strong financial performance, our client is looking to expand their UK team with a highly motivated Territory Manager to join the close-knit sales team in the **North of England**. With a strong remuneration package and clear scope for career development, this is an exciting career prospect with an innovative, forward-thinking company operating in a rapidly advancing healthcare market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and key account / prospect activities to achieve the sales revenue and market share goals for all product lines in the assigned territory
- An ability to communicate product information effectively to customers and an ability to communicate and perform all steps in the selling & influencing process, resulting in increased purchases through the development of profitable business and sustainablerelationships
- Coordinate training activities for target customers and their support staff on the full range of products, including technical, audiological and business practice training.
- Plan / carry out / support local business development activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate sales efforts with other scheduled activities, eg. product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and customer open days
- Organise the territory, develop, maintain and implement a yearly plan to achieve the goals of the territory
- Maintain the CRM database to provide the required feedback on customer activities and monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information as requested.
**About You**:
- Experienced sales / business development professional - Minimum 4 years B2B field sales experience.
- Medical / Healthcare sales experiences preferred - selling technical products
- Degree qualified is preferable
- Right commercial desire and aptitude to drive business growth
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Organise the territory - plan cost-effective routing
- Charismatic, ability to engage and build rapport with customers
