**Job description**

A great role for an experiencedSales Order Processor and Administrator to work with both the client service team and customers direct to deliver quality sustainable branded products for client projects and campaigns.

Critical to the role is ensuring we provide our customers with value for money, creativity, excellent customer service and fully compliant products with a focus on ethical and sustainable sourcing to align with our values.

**Who are we**:
The Sourcing Team source ethical and sustainable products across the UK, Europe and Asia for some of the UK’s leading charity and commercial organisations. Our products support a wide range of initiatives from staff recognition and welfare initiatives, recruitment and onboarding, events and product launches that bring brands to life.

With a blend of creativity, innovation and purchasing prowess we create off-the-shelf through to fabulously creative, highly complex, made to order products whilst constantly searching out and pioneering new processes, materials and end of life solutions.

**What the key responsibilities will be**:

- Responsible for placing and delivering orders for both our key account and new customers, ensure delivery on time, to the agreed specifications and quality expectations
- Providing excellent customer service by creating a professional but warm relationship with customers that guides them through the process, proactively explaining and communicating each stage where necessary
- Working with the team on purchasing and order management and delivery
- Clear and thorough liaison with the team to work out how best to deliver each project
- Responsible for pinning down solutions and negotiating projects delivery
- Ensuring each job is profitable and taking steps to ensure any issues that affect profitability are taken
- Ability to foresee and work to counter any challenges both upfront and as they arise
- Comfortable in dealing with international trading (import & export) multiple currencies, logistics and quality control inspections is a bonus

**What the skills and qualities are**:

- 2 - 3 years’ background in sales order processing and order management
- Team player with high attention to detail and drive to get things right for our customers and us
- Clear communicator and able to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- A proficient planner with organisational skills and ability to priorities projects
- Able to work at pace in a busy office balancing multiple clients and orders
- Problems solving skills with a can-do approach in overcoming any challenges
- Excellent with order management systems, general office software and excel
- Analytical and numerically astute who is able to assess and ensure projects are profitable
- Track record of developing good supplier relationships
- Experience of dealing with different markets, currencies, logistics is a bonus

Would be great if any experiences in promotional products or print management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
