**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

Within our highly innovative and engaging Communications team, we’re currently recruiting for a **Senior Internal Communications Officer** to join us on an 18-month contract.

This is a part time role, working 3 days per week. We can be flexible on working hours, days and can also consider spreading the hours over 4 or 5 days to suit.

In this role, you’ll work with our Internal Communications Manager to develop and deliver some of our key internal communication campaigns and messaging, which in turn helps us to deliver aspects of our comms plan and wider company campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring the delivery of key comms and will measure the results before suggesting improvements going forward. Working with the rest of the team, you’ll help devise the right comms, through the right channels at the right time.

Some of your other key accountabilities will include:

- Helping to deliver key aspects of the internal communication plan and ad-hoc BAU messaging in support of the overall communications strategy
- Leading on major programmes, campaigns and events for the business as required
- Writing and preparing engaging, creative content to support our corporate news strategy
- Engaging with operational and management teams, as well as Internal Comms Business Partners to make sure that communications land effectively
- Providing mechanisms to respond to communications issues raised by employees
- Helping to measure and evaluate communication activities in the spirit of continuous improvement

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

You’ll join the team with lots of proven internal communications and engagement experience, with exposure to managing large, impactful events. To be successful, you’ll also need experience in developing strategy and handling the design and delivery of engaging employee messaging and campaigns.

As our new Senior Internal Communications Officer, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the confidence to effectively challenge and influence decision making across all levels of the business.
