- Return to work forms
- Creating/updating new machinery records
- Decommissioning machines
- Preparing and keep updated documents for PPM Procedure
- Keeping the asset register updated
- Logging and updating of engineering actions and job sheets
- Logging and updating of facilities actions and job sheets
- Ordering of stationery
- Setting up new suppliers on Sage
- Supplier lists
- Completing visitor medical questionnaires
- Personal inductions for contractors
- Contractor approval forms for new suppliers
