**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**:
To ensure that all production paperwork and works orders are collated, audited, maintained in good condition and archived accurately.

To ensure that accurate product labels are produced, in conjunction with the Label Printer.

To compile all relevant training procedures for Production.

To ensure compliance with product safety, legality, traceability and quality requirements.

To ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

To provide general administration support to the production department.

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Excellent I.T skills.
- Experience in prioritising a high workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**KEY TASKS**:
To assist in the completion of paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

To communicate with departmental supervisors and managers on issues concerning errors on paperwork and to assist in resolving them.

To produce signage and labels as required.

To ensure that all areas of hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, traceability, allergen management, legality and quality are met at all times.

To ensure that all tasks are carried out safely and in a safe working environment.

Update process sheets

Staff induction

Support completion of return to work

Print room audit compliance and hygiene

Near miss reporting

Report H&S issues

To input production data onto relevant costing sheets.

Time & Attendance: To input employees’ hours on a daily basis including holidays or sickness.

To input and manage holiday request in conjunction with Shift Leaders.

To input and update Nvolve training matrix working alongside Shift Leaders to manage this. In addition to this to carry out any minor trainings where and if trained to do so.

To print and manage any paperwork needed in production.

To manage and update any production employees’ files as and where needed.

Any other duties requested by the Section Manager or Manufacturing Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
