**About the Role**:
At Ferrero we are looking for a highly skilled Raw Material and Packaging Planner to join our dynamic team in Halstead plant. As a Material Management, you will play a vital role in optimising our material management process and ensuring the seamless flow of materials throughout our organisation.

**Main Responsibilities**:
As a Raw Material and Packaging Planner your core duties will be focused on material forecast process including coordinating long and short term material forecast process, coordination for materials, monthly consumptions consolidation, strategic stock management and scenario analysis, supports demand planning and weekly/monthly consolidation of consumption.

You will play crucial role within ensuring development and process improvement related to warehousing operations for materials, collaborating with Supply Chain to ensure group Policies compliance, monitoring and supporting management of intercompany flows for materials, providing operation support to identify materials obsolescence, in accordance to group guidelines, supervising and optimising obsolescence management process, including destruction approval, providing guiding principles for Halstead warehousing allocation and manages stock allocation, monitoring and reporting for materials, providing information to the local and the central level, on issues that could affect manufacturing schedule fulfillment/respect.

In cooperation with plant operation and procurement you will work on managing short term criticalities on materials via direct interaction with the Halstead Plant.

Within a scoop of your responsibility, you will be approving the Purchase Requests for purchases, be looking for a solution in case of material availability related issue, perform materials call offs, collaborate with Supply Chain for reconciliation and discrepancies for call off’s, liaise with Procurement for any discrepancy resolutions (Dispute management).

As a Material Management you will have a high level analytical and administration skills, proficient in Microsoft excel, able to work to deadlines, knowledge in material management, procurement and supply chain, strong organisational and time management skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross
- functional teams and stakeholders.
