**Head of Marketing**
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join a disruptive start up who have had huge success over the last year and are now ready to scale the business.
**About Us**
Classic Trade is the UKs only Classic and Performance car auction dedicated to the trade - our unique C2B sales platform offers unrivalled benefits to both the private sellers and the professional buyers.
Due to huge demand we have seen sales increase 200% YOY - we are now ready to scale the business and become _**the**_ go to auction for Classic and Performance car professionals.
It's an exciting time to join Classic Trade, we have just moved into a new office in Brentwood, with an office to help design and 2 new websites going live there will be plenty of opportunity for you to flex your creativity and make your mark immediately.
**Responsibilities**:
**Developing Marketing Strategies**: Creating comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
**Market Research**: Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends to guide marketing efforts.
**Product/Service Promotion**: Implementing promotional campaigns through various channels such as advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, and public relations.
**Budget Management**: Allocating and managing marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
**Brand Management**: Maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image and positioning in the market.
**Performance Analysis**: Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly.
**Collaboration**: Coordinating with other departments such as the sales team and the dealer team to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
**Event Management**: Organising and participating in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products or services.
Qualifications and Skills:
**Experience**: Several years of experience in marketing or related roles, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and project management.
**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities to interpret market research data and marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions.
**Communication**: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages to the target audience and collaborate with internal teams.
**Creativity**: The ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
**Adaptability**: You should be adaptable to changing market trends, consumer preferences, and new marketing technologies.
**Digital Marketing Expertise**: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms to execute online marketing strategies effectively.
**Budgeting**: Strong financial acumen to help manage marketing budgets and allocate resources wisely.
**Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Classic Car industry and an understanding of our competitors and target audience is highly desirable.
The role of 'Head of Marketing' is vital for driving the success of the business and building our brand presence in the classic car industry. You will have a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and effective communication skills to excel in the position.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
