Working in a busy office environment providing admin duties for customers and resolving problems.
Manage own tasks and updating systems
Develop knowledge on processes and procedures
**What you need to have**:
- Some background in administration or a customer service role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues
- Excellent time management and planning/organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
