Job Title: Estate ManagementAssistant/Bookkeeper
ROLE:
To assist and support the company Fitzwilliam House Ltd in the efficient and effective day-to-day management of the estate. To ensure that company income and expenditure are accounted for in a timely and accurate manner
REPORTING TO:
Board of Directors, Fitzwilliam House Ltd
WORKING CLOSELY WITH:
Onsite Caretaker, Contractors, Accountants
BASED:
Estate Office, Fitzwilliam House and Home
MAIN DUTIES:
To chase outstanding monies and report late payers
To help identify and liaise with building maintenance contractors in respect of quotations for works
To issue Works Orders for commissioned projects
To issue and progress Section 20 notices, as per the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987
To maintain records on income and expenditure for the company
To liaise with Caretaker re contractors coming on/off site
To handle insurance claims for repair of damage to properties
To identify, where possible, ways of improving the effective management of the estate
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
