Reporting directly to our AR Manager, you will make an impact through your organisation, attention to detail, and passion for finance.

**What you’ll do;**
- Manage and improve the guest and third-party agent payment processes to ensure all balances are paid by their due dates and prior to departure for our growing UK and US businesses, chasing where necessary.
- Daily posting and reconciliation of receipts to ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service (internal & external) and build effective working relationships with our colleagues, stakeholders and customers.
- Take a proactive approach within team and the business to continually review and improve finance processes and procedures.
- Assist in the month end and year end process through processing data and completing reconciliations, identifying and resolving errors to ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Support the management and processing of Company Credit cards and Expenses.

**What you’ll bring;**
- A passion for our business and travel.
- Previous accounts receivable experience.
- Excellent Communication skills with individuals at all levels
- Experience of working with NetSuite or similar accounting package.
- Skill in dealing with suppliers and customers.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills and an ability to think outside the box to identify ways to improve processes.
- Skilled user of MS packages, most specifically Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to situations in a fast-growing business.
