The Role: Systems Support Consultant

Based in our Huddersfield town centre offices the IT Systems Support Consultant will assist in the support and maintenance of the Sandringham Financial Partners ICT systems including supporting the 90 head office-based staff and 200+ Financial Advisers across the country. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology who is looking for their first role in IT.

All of our Advising Partners across the UK are professionally qualified to provide expert financial advice on investments, pensions, mortgages, protection and estate planning. Our advisers are supported by a head office team who provide a wide array of support services allowing the Advising Partners to focus their time with their clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Working with the IT Support Manager and reporting to the Systems Support Manager, the role will complement the current IT support provided by our IT Support Manager and Corporate IT functions.- Provide support on Sandringham software systems.- Respond to IT support requests submitted through our Zendesk support software.- Escalation of system issues to 2nd line support.- Support advisers on key advice systems and software.- Provide training to new users on IT systems (password changing, printers, network, etc.)- Develop our Advising Partner’s capability and confidence in Sandringham’s digital systems- Provide user testing for digital projects.- Assist the IT Support Manager with IT related projects.

This full-time role will be based in our lively Huddersfield town centre offices.

Standard working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5 (35 hours). Flexible working arrangements available.

Training provided for relevant Microsoft Certified qualifications.
