The post holder will be required to have continuous responsibility for the safe management, development, organisation and delivery of patient care within the clinical area.
The role will require the individual to manage the ward team and the environment to ensure high standards are maintained, in compliance with the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and the Trust/ward objectives.
