We are currently recruiting for a **Receptionist** to join our Truly Talented team.

Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast-paced, busy and hardworking team environment.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Take, prepare and deliver room service orders in a timely manner
- Report any maintenance and, or, hazard issues to the manager on duty
- Carry out any other reasonable task set by the Hotel's Management
- Dealing with all guest enquiries and complaints

What are we looking for?

A night receptionist serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
