**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 12 months reception experience
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English Language and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 Administration (or equivalent)
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Professional and friendly manner

**Desirable criteria**
- Payroll or finance administration
- Reception or admin experience within a recruitment environment
