**Job Specification**

Responsibilities will include:

- Liaise with company departments such as the sales teams and Accounts to ensure that customers are connected within appropriate timeframes.
- Liaise with Gamma/ IPECS when processing new contracts and/or upgrades.
- Log all cases on Salesforce and check details against internal systems.
- Ensure all paperwork is correct at time of processing to ensure best customer experience.
- Ensure all systems are updated and correct such as Salesforce, Gamma, IPECS.
- Process all hardware and accessories requests.
- Book customer installations into engineering diary and liaise with engineering team regarding installations.
- Escalate any issues i.e. customer queries or order related issues to the relevant team within the supplier/Barclay Team Leader.
- All other reasonable duties i.e. updating of internal worksheets used to track orders/stock and responding to internal/external queries in the Implementations inbox.

**Essential Duties**:

- Greet all guests in a timely, friendly manner; provide information on our services and answer any questions they may have.
- Handle all incoming mail; prepare outgoing mailings by mailing documents to clients.
- Maintain office supplies inventory; make copies of documents or other printed material as requested by staff.
- Maintain office cleanliness; perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, organizing/organizing, etc.
- Provide basic filing services to staff; maintain file boxes; organize files according to company policy.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies; maintain office supply room; stock supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Experience**:High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
