Harlees Fish and chips is an award-winning family business based out of Corfe Mullen, Dorset, operating 8 shops and restaurants across Dorset and Wiltshire. The family has been in the industry since 1946 with Harlees, established in 1997, being run by generations 3 and 4 within the industry. As the company continues to expand our head office is searching for a new team member to assist on the digital side of the business. The head office team is relatively small, but has a welcoming culture.

Tasks within the role:

- Keeping the social media pages and google business pages up to date
- Maintaining online ordering apps such as the Harlees app, deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber.
- Assisting with the launch of new menu products including photography
- Checking and responding to customer contacts
- Assisting HR to onboard new employees
- Assisting the bookkeeper with weekly documentation and filing - Working with customers to organise their catering events
- Responding and capturing data on google review
- Assist with general office duties to contribute to the smooth running of daily operations
- Informing Directors of maintenance requests and vehicle checks
- Monitoring Health and Safety service schedules and informing Directors when services are required.

Required skill sets:

- Proficiency and confidence in learning how to use and explore online platforms in computerised and software
- Proficient in using social media platforms
- ability to produce videos and posts
- Ability to work independently
- Keen to learn new skills
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to problem solve
- Good organisational skills and time management

Pay: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
