The Role:
Working in a rapidly developing small family distribution business, this is a varied and multi-skilled office based role co-ordinating sales administration and internal operations activities with customer expectations and the requirements placed on our suppliers.

What we are looking for:
The ability to adapt to a variety of tasks, with some experience in a similar sales & distribution environment. Good levels of IT and numeracy skills and/or use of social media and web shop platforms. Confident, able to communicate by telephone or via digital communication.

The role will encompass answering questions and resolving concerns from customers, processing and checking accuracy of orders, and liaising with all internal departments within a busy distribution environment. Product and systems training will be a continuous part of the role, which involves both technical and project-based elements to it.

Summary of ideal skills and knowledge.
- Sales Administration experience
- First line telephone response.
- Have an awareness of social media and web shop selling platforms.
- Ability to process sales & purchase orders accurately in line with the needs of the business.
- Willingness understand and develop with the business, its products, and best practices.
- Full UK driving license
