**What does the role look like?**

As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will be an integral part of the Paid Media team, working on the implementation of strategies, development, and implementation of campaigns on paid search and paid social channels.

You will ensure that all campaigns are tracked appropriately and can be reported effectively.

Adopting a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to campaign management, coming up with creative & innovative ways to enhance campaign performance.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners to support search strategy implementation in line with wider strategic marketing efforts.

Achieving/exceeding campaign objectives, delivering work by the agreed deadlines.

**What you will bring to the role**
- 1 - 2 years experience working on paid media platforms.
- Experience working within a marketing agency environment is preferred.
- Experience on either B2B or B2C channels with experience in both being ideal.
- Experience working on paid search platforms, primarily: Google Ads & Bing Ads.
- Experience with YouTube Advertising is desirable.
- Experience working on paid social platforms, primarily: Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with TikTok Ads & Pinterest Ads is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse and draw insights.
- Experience using Google Analytics and other analytical programs.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager is desirable.
- A creative mind who recognizes strong assets and how to use them in campaigns.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A flexible & agile working attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite or similar programmes.
- Willingness to seek out new areas for self-development and be proactive to learn new skills.
- Agricultural knowledge is a bonus.

**What you’ll receive**

Salary of £24 - 30K dependant on experience

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
