**Permanent Administrator required for locally home grown business based in Dundonald.**
**Duties will include**:
- Dealing with calls in a professional manner and responding accordingly
- Processing customer orders
- Booking parts in on ERP systems
- Maintaining and updating customer accounts including payments received
- Chasing outstanding payments
- All associated administration
**Essential Criteria**:
- Minimum of 1 years Administrative experience
- Good standard of education
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and Outlook
**Hours of work**: Monday - Thursday: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm & Friday 8.30 am - 4.00 pm
**Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)**
