HRLife are looking to speak with Interim L&D Professionals who are available immediately or on a short notice period to commit to a 4 month assignment.

Based remotely, you will be working in a small team and you'll be supporting various projects within a busy L&D agenda.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing all L&D Admin - booking training courses, attendee booking and liaison, managing associated invoices, updating training records.
- Evaluating (from appraiser and appraisee perspective) the appraisal process that has just concluded; analysing responses and pulling together a report/slides on findings/results/key learnings etc. The evaluation questions have been drafted so strong organisationskills to get them approved internally are essential.
- Analysing the completed appraisal documents to identify L&D needs, pulling them together into a L&D plan along with recommendations etc
- Building on the completed appraisal process which was the first one ever conducted to develop proposals and supporting materials eg. Guides/briefings etc for the next appraisal process mid year. Partnering with a HRBP on this to ensure rigour and consistency.
- Scoping foundation/basic management training; sourcing options; costing and presenting back options/proposals
- Coordinating and supporting the procurement process and evaluation of tender for a new training provider for organisation specific training

Essential that you can manage multiple projects at one time, are able to provide regular project plans and updates to the broader HR team, can be self sufficient, work with some ambiguity and pace.

This is a fully remote role with once a month travel for team meetings to Bristol/Birmingham location

This assignment is inside IR35 via an umbrella company.
