**Job overview**:
An efficient individual is required to manage the PALS and Complaints administrative function at the Northern Care Alliance in the post as Band 4 Senior PALS and Complaints Administrator.

You must have staff management skills, excellent interpersonal and team working skills and an ability to work quickly and accurately.

The PALS and Complaints department provide a service across all 4 sites of NCA. The administrative team is central and provides an efficient and well established administrative function to all site teams.

**Main duties of the job**:
Supervision of the administrative function of the PALS and Complaints Department.

To line manage the PALS and Complaints Administrators.

To assist the PALS and Complaints Administrators as necessary.

The team is hardworking and the department very busy with ever changing priorities. The team works well together to ensure the best service to our patients and their carers.
