**About the Role**:
Two Rivers Medical Centre is looking to recruit a clinical administrator to join their team on a part-time basis, for 30 hours per week, times and days to be discussed. This role will be based on site at the practice.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Data entry and read coding of relevant patient information and medical data into the clinical system.
- Scanning patient information into computerised records, including medical documents, hospital records and letters, as necessary.
- Retrieving paper notes as requested
- Photocopying documents as required.
- Actioning tasks set by clinicians.
- Reviewing and summarising medical records.
- Registering new patients.
- Handling phone enquiries efficiently.
- General day to day administration duties.
- Experienced medical administrators, with excellent IT and typing skills.
- Adaptable and friendly, with strong administration, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communicators able to work in a confidential and discreet manner.
- Able to "think on their feet" in a busy working environment.
- Able to multi-task, work hard and maintain a high level of attention to detail, when under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as comfortable working independently.

Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
