An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Faculty of Education, for a people focussed Undergraduate Administrator.

This role is a vital part of the development of medical students being supported through their medical placements with the Trust and going on to become Foundation Doctors.

- To co-ordinate, organise and administer the undergraduate programme including placements, programmes of training and the implementation of national and local requirements.
- Delivery in person welcomes and inductions to medical students.
- Liaise and correspond with student doctors on a regular basis regarding teaching timetables and updates and resolve outstanding issues.
- To lead on preparing honorary contracts, course/learning information and delivering an in-person induction for each group of medical students.

If you are passionate about patient care and want to develop your skills and knowledge then we are keen to hear from you.
- To liaise with the Clinical Sub-Dean, medical schools, consultants and the wider healthcare team about placements and programmes of training and to provide administrative support to enable the provision of this.
- To liaise with the Clinical Sub-Dean for Undergraduate studies regarding the direction of the undergraduate programme
- Act as first point of contact for undergraduate enquiries and maintain key local reference information.
- Responsible for the provision and availability of rooms, equipment and any materials as necessary in advance to ensure smooth running of classroom based teaching.
