A brilliant opportunity is now available to become an Estate Planning Officer within a team that has experienced exponential growth within the last 12 months with further growth expected in 2024.

We require a self-motivated and committed professional that has a passion for delivering a first-class service.

**Overview of the Job**:
You will use high-tech legal document software to create personal bespoke documents according to the instructions you are given by clients. You will have responsibilities in proof reading and checking legal documents before they are presented to clients.

You will be required to conduct appointments with new clients on the telephone, gathering personal details and recording the decisions they would like to make in their estate planning documents.

Other duties include answering the telephone, setting appointments for legal advisors and obtaining sensitive personal documents from clients using the company portal.

There is potential for growth into other areas within the group from this role for an ambitious and committed person.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative capacity within an office environment is preferred. Experience in customer service would be advantageous. Full, comprehensive training will be given to the right individual. There will be opportunities to complete will writing and estate planning qualifications.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday.
- 8 hour working day.
- Up to 2 evenings per week will be required (7.30pm finish with a late start)
