RDL Scientific are seeking a Volunteer Recruitment Support for a leading Clinical Trial Unit based in Cambridge, responsible for assisting and supporting the Recruitment Coordinator role in the execution of study protocols and maintaining the safety and well-being of all study participants at all times. As the Volunteer Recruitment Support your role will be to support the recruitment coordinator in the identification and assessment of Healthy Volunteers and Patients for in-house FTIH, Phase 1 and Experimental Medicine clinical studies to enable them to proceed in a well-coordinated manner in accordance with the agreed protocols and to assist in planning and implementing strategic recruitment activities, as required, to manage and maintain a panel of healthy volunteers to undertake Phase 1 and Experimental methodology clinical studies. You will need to accurately document all study related procedures in the clinical trial process and support the development of study and non-study advertising material.

**Qualities, Education and Experience**:

- Healthcare Qualification
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to perform clinical assessments including but not limited to, ECG’s, vitals, spirometry, venepuncture as required and/or according to protocol requirements.
- Interest in developing skills in clinical research environment
- Basic computer/keyboard skills
- Good presentation skills.
- Good time management skills
- Proactive and professional attitude to work
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and numerical skills, with the ability to work well with people at all levels, both internally and externally
- Demonstrated organsational skills with ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a research environment.
- Self-motivated
- Works well in a team
