We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Alumni Engagement team as our new Volunteer Co-ordinator with a particular focus on alumni volunteers, a key constituent in the University's Alumni Engagement Strategy 2023-2030.

This role is pivotal in cultivating lifelong relationships between the University of Cambridge and its extensive 320,000 alumni and supporters. They will work with the Alumni Volunteer Manager to design, develop, and manage a programme of volunteer opportunities in support of Cambridge University strategic priorities. The role will recruit and support a global community of volunteers to ensure a volunteer experience that is in line with the calibre of the institution while inspiring individuals to give their time to a variety of meaningful activities.

It's an exciting time to join our office as we build on our "Dear World, Yours Cambridge" fundraising campaign. The momentum created by the campaign is unique and we are investing in the team that will continue to build on our success and take us into the future. Our Development and Alumni Relations office is a lively, collaborative and inclusive place to work.

This role is based in central Cambridge. We practise a hybrid working model and the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office for a minimum of two days a week.

The closing date for this position is 23rd June 2024.

Interviews for this position are anticipated to take place on the 4th of July.
