Well, The Niche Partnership are on the hunt for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a business that gives back to the community The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be processing invoices, reconciling bank accounts and dealing with any invoice queries.
We’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude, experience in a similar role and available to start at short notice.

**Reporting to the Ledger Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Coding and entering supplier invoices into accounting system
- Matching supplier invoices against GRN’s and PO’s
- Dealing with suppliers and resolving supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier statements

**What you will need**:

- Previous experience in - Purchase Ledger Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk / Payables Administrator / Finance clerk/ Finance administrator/ Finance Assistant / Accounts clerk / Accounts Administrator/ Accounts Assistant
- Excellent accuracy and an eye for detail
- Great communication skills to deal with queries
