Our HR Department is responsible for several different areas including recruitment, payroll, monitoring sickness and absence, on boarding, training and development plus many other responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to boost their career within Human Resources whilst working alongside experienced professionals.

We are looking for a HR Officer to provide first class Human Resources support to external customers and internal users of the College’s HR service across a range of areas. Our new HR Officer will support with the following areas:

- Accurate data management and input
- Providing guidance on queries related to sickness and absence
- Log all employee sickness, monitor triggers and analyse data drawn from the Bradford Factor report
- Support with note taking at absence meetings
- Monitoring the shared mailbox
- Assisting with reference requests
- Working closely with Line Managers to ensure they are aware of internal policies and procedures
- Facilitating exit interviews

We are looking for someone that is extremely organised who can handle a variety of simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment. In return, you will be joining a well-established, close-knit team that offer hands on support and investment in your continuous professional development. Job share will be considered for this post.
