We are recruiting for a PALs & Complaints Lead who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

Following restructure of the team the Trust are looking for an experienced PALs & Complaints Lead to support the Patient Experience and Complaints Resolution Agenda

Reporting to the PALS & Complaints Manager, this post forms part of the PALS & Complaints Team to support the delivery of the Trust’s Quality Strategy and vision to ensure ‘Best of care by the best of people’ through the delivery of safe, effective and high quality services, that ensure the people who use our services, their families, carers and visitors receive a positive experience.

The post holder will be responsible for;
- The day to day management of the PALS & Complaints team in the delivery of effective trust wide systems and processes to manage PALs, Complaints and mechanisms for feedback, in line with current Government Legislation, Regulations, Policy Guidance and good practice.
- Supporting a culture that improves quality by enabling the delivery of high quality care through the effective identification of lessons/areas for improvement and promotion of learning as a result of data analysis and investigation, using audit and evaluation cycles to seek assurance.
