Our client a successful and engaging digital content creator and looking to hire a like minded PA to support their CEO and founder. With their passion points: music, fashion, activism and culture but through a wellness lens. Key responsibilities: ? Provide administrative support to the CEO and key members of the management team including prepping meetings, running errands, sending packages, etc ? Work with finance to register suppliers, generate POs and managing the processingof invoices ? Work with HR to manage new starters, ATRs and job descriptions ? Proactively manage professional calendars, prepping for meetings in advance and long-term calendar planning ? Manage meeting logistics including booking and prepping rooms, creatingand preparing necessary materials, organising catering, providing conference call details, taking notes, and welcoming external guests ? Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics including flight itineraries, hotel rates and reservations, carservices, and international phone plans ? Ensure priorities are managed; daily and long-term requests are addressed ? Manage and submit monthly expense reports ? Execute day-to-day administrative tasks including placing lunch orders, arranging deliveries,updating contacts, etc. ? Program and manage ongoing standing meetings including monthly Weekly Revenue Meeting, Bi-Weekly All Hands, etc. ? Support HODs with everything from research to admin (pending capacity) ? Be exceptional at creating decks with precisionand attention to detail To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills: Minimum role criteria: ? Prior experience providing administrative support to Senior Management in a fast paced environment ? Excellent verbaland written communication skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, Google Calendar
? Must be a highly organised, solutions-driven with impeccable attention to detail
? Ability to handle multiple priorities at once, manage time effectively, and maintain composure in a fast paced environment
? Prior experience providing administrative support in a fast paced environment - bonus points for working at start-up or "rapid growth" company ?
Positive, intuitive/proactive, and collaborative team player
? Must be a highly organised and solutions-driven go-getter with ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail, handle multiple priorities at once, manage time effectively, and maintain composure in a fast paced environment
