Information Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Assistant to join our Family Information Service.
Working as part of a busy and dedicated team you will provide a claims processing and payments function for early education funding for children under 5 years old, supporting Solihull schools and childcare providers with daily funding queries.
You will carry out additional tasks within the Family Information Service as required including the administration of the sponsored daycare scheme to book and pay for vulnerable children to attend childcare provision and support the on-going development of the Family Information Service.
To be successful in the role you will be an experienced administrator with strong literacy and numeracy skills. You will pride yourself on providing high levels of customer service, be a good team player, have good attention to detail and will thrive on working to tight deadlines in a busy office environment.
Some knowledge and experience of Early Education Funding and the Family Information Service would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be given.
