**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join a friendly team working from our Central region based in our office in Solihull, on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role will include;
- Utilities Bills - Co-ordinate information to ensure they can be processed for payment;
- Subcontractors - Issue copies, record sending and chase return and file Subcontract documents;
- Board Pack - Co-ordinate and update commercial documents with the monthly information, compile commercial pack, assist with compilation of the complete board pack;
- Taking Meeting Minutes for the Key stage meetings and other monthly meetings where required and issue;
- Processing of the subcontract payments;
- Providing Updates on subcontract paid to date figures/ retentions/ and issue statements;
- Homes England - Co-ordinate the collection and consolidate and issue, ensuring the deadlines are met;
- Procurement - Assist with the compilation of orders of consumables;
- Procurement - Assist with the compilation of orders for plant;
- Order acknowledgements for subcontract orders;
- Assist with Chasing subcontract invoices and recording on the on the trackers;
- Assisting with the issue of tenders, chasing;
- Insurances - Collate information to forwarding to our broker;
- H &S Process to the portal;
- Prepare Reports required by the company or group;
- General administration Duties Including Post, organising meetings, preparing meeting rooms, reception and hospitality;
- Complete other duties as required.
**About You**:
- Previous administrative experience;
- Must be IT literate with thorough understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task;
- Possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills;
- General willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic and flexible;
- Able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
