rthirteen are supporting an established travel agency in their recruitment drive for a **HR Manager**to join their Lowestoft team. Leading the HR team, you will support every aspect of the employee life cycle and effectively imbed the company’s vision and values through a strategic people agenda.

**The day to day**
- Leading, advising and supporting managers and the HR team on employee related issues, including performance management, sickness and absence, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Monitoring, updating, and advising staff and managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring company adherence.
- Monitoring staff turnover and improving attrition rates as possible.
- Championing a positive working culture and promoting promote health and wellbeing.
- Supporting the payroll function and reviewing benefits packages.

**You will have/be**
- Previous experience in a similar senior HR position, including advising and managing grievance and disciplinary investigations.
- CIPD Level 5 _(Level 7 is desired)_.
- Current knowledge of employment legislation.
- Experience if transferring of undertakings and of redundancy process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Lowestoft. The offered salary for this position is £40,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience.
