Then this is the opportunity for you Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this established and successful primary school MAT which is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a portfolio of schools in Lowestoft, Beccles, Clacton, Colchester and Ipswich.

**This is a home working opportunity with some site visits required. The Trust is open to flexible working and term time working arrangements.**

T**his is a 12-month contract covering maternity leave**.

You’ll be part of a team of HR professionals providing information and advice on employee relations, policies, recruitment, contracts and payroll in relation to teaching and support staff. You’ll be the first port of call for Headteachers and School Business Managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures; draft contracts and letters; advise on disciplinaries, grievances, absence and support recruitment activity.

Working remotely, you’ll be one of a team of HR professionals providing information and advice on employee relations, policies, recruitment, contracts, and supporting the HR Business Partner on restructure and TUPE.
