**About The Service**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Support Officer to assist with the implementation of a range of digital projects within the Social Services directorate.
**About the job**
The key project that you will provide support on will be the implementation of a new case management software for Social Services called **Eclipse**.
This new case management software will replace CareFirst which has been the case management software for Social Services in Cardiff Council for a number of years. Whilst CareFirst has proved to be an effective case management tool, a number of additional business requirements have been reflected in the newest version of the software.
**What We Are Looking For From You**
We are looking for a highly organised and positive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working under pressure and to strict deadlines. You will need to work effectively as part of a team and be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the service.
