**Position Overview**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students with ASD, assisting them in their academic and social development. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student's independence, and providing one-to-one support as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual needs of students with ASD
- Assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development
- Support students in developing their communication, social skills, and independence
- Provide one-to-one support and interventions as needed

**Requirements**:

- Some experience working with or supporting individuals with ASD (personal or professional experience will be considered)
- Strong passion for working with students with ASD and helping them reach their full potential
- Patience, empathy, and understanding
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
